Description

Intelligent Placement is growing nationally and requests the assistance of an internal recruitment consultant, to be based at Head Office in Strand, Western Cape.

Behavioural competencies:

  • Strong sales ability
  • Customer service orientated
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 

Duties include but aren’t limited to:

  • Develop and follow up on prospective leads
  • Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities
  • Customer service
  • Researching companies within various industries’, vacancies available and new trends within the various industries’
  • Compiling reports
  • Building and maintaining client database
  • Building and maintaining long lasting client and candidate relationships
  • Sales administration 

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • MS Office
  • Minimum one-year recruitment experience within an agency
  • Strong B2B sales experience 
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Own Car 

Salary: Basic + Commission
