Management and target achievements of product portfolios within all brands
Coordination and project management of all new products/innovations
Maintain and update menu matrix and understand sales mix of all brands
Manage and coordinate national menu roll-outs for all brands
Manage special projects on a needs/request basis
Liaise with advertising agencies, strategic alliance partners and suppliers on advertising and promotional campaigns
Implement brand plans in relation to the marketing and promotions calendar
Manage packaging design and branding
Implement and manage the media plans, ensuring that expenditure and brand objectives are delivered on
Drive brand personalities in above and below the line advertising and promotions in conjunction with the agency
Seek new opportunities to deliver against the brand plan
Reporting on the performance of promotions and sales strategy
Tracking and reporting on international trends
Evaluate competitor pricing and report on a regular basis
Implement a pricing strategy that delivers value to the various brands customer base
Manage, report and control marketing expenditure in relations to agreed budgets
Produce tactical promotions with the agency for locality marketing tool kits for all brands
Manage menus and look at ways to improve
Manage uniform/packaging design, stock holding and potential write off costs


Minimum Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
PR and marketing background/qualification an advantage
Minimum of three years experience in the FMCG/food franchising industry
Previous brand experience within franchising and or new product development experience
would be an advantage
Understanding of the South African media environment
