Introduction
Persuade Marketing is looking for a health care specialist to join our team in the production and retention team.
The required person will be responsible to engage with warm leads and convert them into appointments related to health care
The campaign is to engage with ladies that require more information about abortion and safety during pregnancy

Duties & Responsibilities
- Engaging with warm leads through warm calling to secure a meeting at a clinic
- Build rapport and have empathy with every lead that is given to you
- Checking clients booking system and our system for availability and booking appointments with Dr
- Following all required training and building relationships through outbound calling
- Communicating effectively and professionally
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of company processes
- Hitting daily and weekly targets
Desired Experience & Qualification
- MUST have healthcare experience
- MUST have experience required to cold calling or being a receptionist
- MUST be over the age of 30+/ preferably a female applicant
- EXCELLENT English vocally and written required

Package & Remuneration
- Contract based position with flexibility to full time
- CTC based on experience R4500-R5500
- Good commission structure
- Free breakfast daily, open bar once a week
