One to two years (web development) experience

Four years (HTML, CSS, jQuery, DevExpress)

Template design and responsive design

Adobe Photoshop/image editing

Understanding of good design, layout, user journeys. User experiences and information architecture

Knowledge of testing methodologies (Regression Testing, Unit Testing, UAT Testing, Black box and White box testing)

Responsibilities:

Work in an Agile software development environment

Design and implement responsive templates using HTML, CSS and JavaScript (jQuery)

Perform maintenance, formatting and standardization of web applications

Perform updates and code changes to web application using .Net technologies and Microsoft SQL Server

Perform graphic design and testing tasks with minimal supervision

Draft mock-ups based in user requirements (when required)

Perform testing (regression testing, unit testing, UAT testing, automated testing)

Follow agreed development processes and methodologies

Be involved in ad hoc projects that are not limited to the technologies listed in this document

Added benefit:

iOS, Android Windows Mobile skills are an advantage but not necessary

Knowledge of the mobile environment

Knowledge of testing methodologies (regression testing, unit testing, UAT testing, Black box and White box testing)

Experience with open source solutions (Joomla, Moodle, WordPress, vTiger)

Meeting with clients and understand their different business needs and processes.

Drawing up functional specification documents and other project related documents
