MANCOSA PTY LTD is offering graduate internships with the Alpine Group in Newlands West, KwaZulu-Natal. This one-year contract provides recent graduates with practical, hands-on experience across various departments, including Human Resources, Finance, Stock Control, and Administration. Available Internship Positions

Interns can join one of the following departments:

• Human Resources: Assist with employee records, recruitment administration, onboarding, attendance tracking, and general HR support.
• Finance: Support basic accounting tasks such as data capturing, reconciliations, invoice processing, and creditors/debtors assistance.
• Stock Control: Help monitor stock, conduct inventory counts, track stock movements, report discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Administration: Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, document management, correspondence, and departmental assistance.

These roles allow graduates to develop core professional competencies while contributing to the smooth operation of the company.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
