Job Overview

As a Permanent Part-Timer at Adidas Hillfox, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily store operations while delivering world-class customer service. The role is ideal for entry-level candidates with a Matric qualification and up to one year of retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

The part-time sales assistant will take on a variety of store duties, including:

• Providing each customer with the highest level of Adidas customer service
• Assisting with regular sales transactions, including processing payments via cash, credit cards, and checks
• Supporting the ticketing and labeling of products, and checking paperwork against received stock
• Helping with the flow of stock from the storeroom to the sales floor
• Assisting in setting up and maintaining in-store merchandise displays, following store management instructions
• Developing proficiency with the Adidas point-of-sale (POS) system
• Upholding company policies and maintaining operational integrity
• Using effective selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to maximize sales
• Sharing product knowledge and technical information with customers
• Greeting customers and helping them find the right products based on their needs
• Acting as a front-door Greeter during busy trading hours
• Maintaining housekeeping standards to ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Safeguarding company assets and ensuring stock security

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
