Key Responsibilities

• Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are fully stocked according to the first-in, first-out principle
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including the storeroom and sales floor
• Identify and report damaged, expired, or missing stock to management promptly
• Build and maintain merchandising displays according to store procedures
• Ensure all products are correctly labeled, priced, and presented according to corporate standards
• Assist with inventory cycle counts, stocktaking, and back shopping when required
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service, addressing queries and resolving stock-related issues
• Adhere to store policies, health and safety rules, and corporate uniform standards

Qualifications and Experience

• Essential: Grade 12 / Matric
• 0 – 6 months retail experience required
• Advantageous: 1 year of retail experience, familiarity with merchandising standards, and FMCG knowledge
