Newsclip Media Monitoring is seeking to employ a Public Relations and external communication specialist. The successful candidate will be tasked with in strategically promoting and communicating the Newsclip brand to existing and prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

• Taking Newsclip’s brand to an international level
• Strategically promoting and communicating Newsclip’s brand to be internationally recognised
• Developing public relations and communication strategy
• Providing strategic communication support to the company
• Working with the MD on developing marketing and communication strategy
• Working with graphic designer to provide layout input for PR and communication media
• Writing brand communication for an external audience

Requirements

• Completed Degree in relevant field (Public Relations, Communications, Marketing)
• Five to seven years’ extensive experience in external communications or corporate communications
• Solid experience in internal and external communications
• Experience in leading a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker
• Public speaker
• Proactive
• Ability to be flexible and creative
• Ability to plan and organise
• Sense of urgency
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to cope in an ever changing environment
