Our learnership programme aims to create a pipeline of young talent within the business. The programme offers learners an opportunity to gain on-the-job practical workplace experience while providing ongoing support and training. The learnership programme runs for 12 months and awards a full Business Administration NQF4 certification on successful completion. Learners will gain experience in various parts of the organisation, including: •Administration •Finance •Information Technology •Human Capital •Business Development |
| Requirements | •Must be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID •Must be between the ages 16 and 35 years •Must hold a valid Grade 12/Matric certification •Must be computer literate, with competency in MS Office •Must be proficient in English (read, write and understand) •Post-Matric qualification will be an added advantage •Must be prepared to sign a 12-month contract with the company.
