Job description
Main purpose of thr job: Manage Projects and Site Operations on all assigned contracts , Plan and Control Projects Operations department Site Operations
Industry: Interior Construction Industry, Turnkey Projects and General Construction Industry.
Reporting to: Managing Director on all Contracts Operations matters,Financial matters reporting to Financial department.All HR Health and safety to Hr department.
Requirements
- Communication: To communicate with managers, peers, clients and all levels of the workforce on a regular basis.Full reporting on all contracts and operations punctually.
- Planning:Carry out short term and long term planning of services, work on sites
- Controlling: Controlling of the day to day process and communicate of sites/construction lifecycle and site manager or operations manager in terms of rectification/scope change of deviation of plan. Controlling site administration by obtaining correct information from Site project managers
- Problem-solving: Analyse and solve problems and report outcomes to management.
