Job Purpose
As a Permanent Part-Timer at adidas Canal Walk, your role is to support daily store operations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team, help maintain the store’s high standards, and contribute to driving sales—all while showcasing your love for fashion and sport.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest standard of customer service to every shopper
- Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and check payments
- Assist with stock handling, including ticketing, unpacking, and placing products
- Support product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor
- Participate in visual merchandising by helping set up displays and following store layouts
- Master the use of the point-of-sale system while adhering to company policies
- Use add-on selling techniques to boost customer purchases and meet sales goals
- Greet customers at the entrance and guide them through their shopping experience
- Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping standards on the sales floor
- Help safeguard company assets through proper handling of stock and equipment
