Pick n Pay is seeking a full-time Shelfpacker for its Klerksdorp store. The role focuses on ensuring shelves and bins are neatly packed, fully stocked, and maintained according to company standards while providing friendly and efficient customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack shelves and bins according to company standards.
• Assist customers on the floor by responding to product enquiries and providing required products or services.
• Advise customers on products and handle interactions courteously and professionally.
• Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and cleanliness standards in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
• Unpack, stack, and store stock in the warehouse safely and tidily, minimizing damage and following the correct layout.

Skills and Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow company standards for stocking and customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork and customer interaction.
