Job Overview
The Youth Employment Programme is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, practical skills and workplace experience needed to succeed in retail. Throughout the programme, learners will participate in structured classroom training and practical on-the-job learning under the guidance of experienced retail professionals. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an NQF Level 2 Checkout Operator Occupational Qualification, providing a strong foundation for future career opportunities in retail and customer service.

Minimum Requirements
• South African citizen
• Between 18 and 29 years of age
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Currently unemployed
• Must be male
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Must not currently be registered for another Learnership or Skills Programme
