Job description
A well-established company in Sandton is seeking experienced sales consultants to join their dynamic team.
All salaries are well above market related and we pay per sale that you do on top of your basic.
This pay per sale forms part of our uncapped comm structure and there is literally no limit.
We do not have any claw-backs and our current consultants are making an average of R36,000 per month.
This will be the selling of insurance policies to already qualified hot leads.
Our consultants do not do cold calling, maintain or build a database, or even need to find clients, all of this will be done by another department.
What we are looking for is someone with excellent communication skills, who is goal driven, money hungry and never takes no for an answer!
If you fit this description and you as a sales professional are in need of uncapped comm, and the chance to determine your own income, this is where you will find it!
Full training for a minimum of nine weeks, this is also paid training and yes, the uncapped structure applies even during the training period! On 100% achievement of target during training will amount to over R42,000 (Not a typo)
If you do not have the relevant experience in sales we will still consider your application if you are willing to work hard and apply what we teach you during training.
Requirements
Matric
Clear of ITC or judgements
Three to four years of sales experience
A qualification will be advantageous
