Hardworking, proactive and highly reliable Driver/Messenger required for established Guesthouse in Sandton.
Requirements
Qualification Profile:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Current, up to date code 8 Drivers licence,
- Cear criminal record and a South African identification or valid workers permit as well as 3 years clear, safe driving experience is essential.
- Hardworking and reliable
- Courteous and guest service oriented
- Responsible, safe driving skills
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Good knowledge of motor vehicle safety precautions, knowledge of traffic regulations
- Able to stay calm, patient and courteous
Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Keep a timely shuttle route
- Assist guests getting in and out of vehicles
- Assist guests with luggage and packages, as well as assist guests with disabilities
- Operate radio to communicate with the hotel and other vehicles
- Keep an accurate record of trips, including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point
- Be willing to assist guests wherever required
