Job description

• Digitise all logos within a 24hr time frame unless otherwise stipulated
• Preparation of logos for sampling
• Make necessary changes where required
• Adjust logos for correct sizing & best quality
• Prompt and accurate digitizing for sample approval
• Run samples daily so orders can commence once approved
• Accurate analysis of logos with regards to colours & sizing – adjust if required
• Save logos to flash drive to transfer to machines for production
• Run samples as soon as logos have been digitized
• File all approved plot sheets with samples & issue them with new orders
• Make relevant notes of changes and keep an accurate record of logos
• Issue files to operators timeously, as required for daily production
• Ensure that correct logos are issued in line with job requirements
• Sign off, on the check list found on the back of the job cards/p.o
• Liaise telephonically with reps/ relevant departments if anything is unclear regarding layouts
• Keep a neat and accurate filing system for plot sheets with approved samples attached
• Discard any paper or fabric that is deemed unnecessary
• Hand in the dongle + unused flash drives to management for safe keeping
• All designs to be kept securely & remain the property of the company
• NO designs can be shared at any point unless authorized by Management

Requirements

• Matric
• Computer literate
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office , World Com Embroidery system 
• Corel Draw
• Strong administrative skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Work well under minimum supervision
• Well developed planning, organizing and time management skills
