Job Overview and Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong broker and financial advisor relationships
• Monitor and manage the new business pipeline and ensure consistent follow ups
• Prepare and issue accurate quotations to clients and advisors
• Provide technical training and ongoing product support to financial advisors
• Respond to client queries and provide clear information on product and service offerings
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
• Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and industry developments
• Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth
• Support client retention through proactive relationship management
• Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of sales activities and opportunities

Requirements and Skills
• NQF Level 5 in Wealth Management or Financial Planning
• RE5 certification is required
• Valid driver’s license and own insured transport
• Own cell phone for business communication
• Willingness to travel across South Africa when required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Strong understanding of financial services and advisory processes
• Ability to work independently and manage targets
• Strong resilience and ability to perform under pressure
• Experience in broker consulting is advantageous
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite is beneficial
