The Trainee: Talent Analyst will support the Talent Management team with day-to-day operational and analytical activities. This includes monitoring talent data, updating reports and dashboards, assisting with system administration and responding to basic stakeholder and user queries. Key Responsibilities
- Track talent data and identify missing, incomplete or incorrect information.
- Capture reporting requirements accurately and ensure that requested information is recorded correctly.
- Update reports, dashboards and trackers used by the Talent Management team.
- Provide support with monthly reporting and ad hoc reporting requirements.
- Build a practical working knowledge of Talent Management system modules.
- Create, review and update job profiles as required.
- Support users with basic queries relating to talent management systems and processes.
- Escalate complex system issues to the appropriate teams or stakeholders.
- Complete assigned system testing activities and provide accurate feedback.
- Capture recurring system or process issues to help identify areas for improvement.
- Review process maps, user guides and other supporting documentation.

- Gather relevant information from HR Business Partners and managers.

Requirements and Skills
