Job description
The client, a leading marketing firm, seeks the services of an experienced, seasoned and most of all skilled research manager – previous quantitative and and or qualitative it will be advantageous. This role will be based in Johannesburg.
This is for a highly reputed marketing firm seeking to hire the best candidate to commence soonest.

Requirements
– Devising and structuring quantitative research
– Setting up and overseeing qualitative recruitment and research
– Writing discussion guides and analysis specs
– Hands on involvement into groups, depths, immersions, ethnography, semiotics
– Analysing and merging Quant presentations
– General Quant outputs
– Brand and marketing experience

– Ability to multitask and work across different projects
– Taking and interpreting briefs from clients
– Client liaison throughout the project
– Creative
– Finding fresh, innovative ways of presenting ideas and concepts to clients

– Introduce fresh new marketing thinking in the business and help pioneer the company offering to client base
Would best suit the following candidate who has a:
– Degree
– Hands on quantitative experience
– Brand strategy. Brand positioning, brand portfolio experience and exposure
– Exposure and experience in FMCG brands
– Ability to inspire and motivate clients
– Ability to run projects from start to finish with client.
– Must have excellent presentation skills
– Excellent command of the English language
– An ambassador for the company
– Fantastic written and verbal skills
– Able to present at boardroom level
