Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and wrap products according to specifications and standards
• Stack and store products safely and neatly
• Merchandise products following company standards
• Price random weight/loose selling items correctly and check labels
• Monitor product quality, rotate stock, and remove expired items
• Prevent wastage, shrinkage, and damages
• Maintain cold chain and check temperatures where applicable
• Operate and clean equipment according to procedures
• Follow security procedures
• Advise and serve customers courteously and professionally
• Process customer orders according to service standards
• Promote products as per laid down standards

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification
• Butchery experience advantageous
• Strong communication and numeracy skills
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Calm, patient, and customer-minded
• Flexibility to transfer between stores if required
• Must communicate effectively in English
