Description
The Supervisor must assist in training and development of staff. He/she should also take responsibility for the shop floor.
Expectations:
- Candidates must be willing to work retail hours (weekends and public holidays)
- Bilingual: English and Afrikaans
- Exceptional communication skills
Requirements
- Must have two to three years’ retail experience
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office package
- Customer service excellence
- Problem and conflict-solving
- Stock management
