About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Use effective customer selling techniques to maximize sales and meet individual targets
- Adhere strictly to stock loss controls to protect store assets
- Maintain housekeeping and visual merchandising standards to optimize sales
- Handle all purchase transactions accurately, including cash, cards, vouchers, and loyalty programs
- Scan and process all outgoing stock to ensure compliance
- Provide friendly, helpful assistance, and advice to customers, building strong professional relationships
- Report customer compliments and complaints to management promptly
- Resolve customer stock queries efficiently

Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
- Up to 6 months of retail experience (advantageous but not essential)
- South African citizenship
- Willingness to work retail hours
- Clear credit and criminal record
Preferred but Not Essential
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of current clothing trends or outdoor lifestyle products, depending on the brand
