TFG (The Foschini Group) is looking for a Contact Centre Agent – Telemarketing to join their dynamic Financial Services telemarketing team in the Western Cape. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while working in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Telemarketing Agent at TFG, your main responsibility will be to make outbound sales calls promoting insurance or media products to existing customers. Accuracy, professionalism, and customer care are key as you help customers make informed decisions based on their personal account information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to existing TFG customers
  • Provide detailed, clear, and accurate product information
  • Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity when handling customer data
  • Achieve individual sales targets and deliver excellent customer service

What You Need to Succeed

TFG is looking for candidates who have:

  • Matric or NQF4 qualification
  • Preferably some experience in the insurance industry, sales, or call centre environment
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office
  • Excellent communication and selling abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivation and ability to work well under pressure
  • Own reliable evening transport to and from Parow
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 08:00 and 21:00
