Our client an outsourced customer service provider is looking for a trainer. The main purpose of the role is to assume responsibility for effective content delivery and facilitation in line with operational and client desired business outcomes. To evaluate the effectiveness of training, identify needs and design solutions to improve or sustain business outcomes. A Physiotherapy qualification is a must with one year experience in a teaching/ facilitation/ knowledge sharing role and one year experience in a health services and/or clinical and/ or medical environment.
