Digital Account Executive Opportunity

Saatchi & Saatchi Synergize, one of Africa’s premier digital search and analytics agencies, is looking for an experienced Account Executive to represent our clients. The position aspirant will be the primary point of contact between the client and agency; a role that requires strong client relations, business acumen, strategy and project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the lines of communication with the clients open at all times, and will be an efficient problem solver. Position location: Cape Town
Duties include:
· Responsibility for care and retention of accounts
· Upselling and on-boarding of digital services to clients based on targets
· Setting of KPI’s and strategy conceptualization to achieve these
· Propose digital marketing strategies and contribute to innovative solutions
· Act as the extension of the client within the agency, following up on projects and ensuring lines
of communication are kept open
Requirements:
· Minimum of three years’ experience in digital
· Tertiary level degree or diploma in a relevant field e.g. Marketing, advertising
· Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
· Familiar with the Google Analytics tool and how to draw insights from data
· Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, Analytics and social media as channels to drive awareness and results
· Strong client service orientation
· Highly organised and attention to detail
· Strong problem solving skills
· A passion for the online industry; a true digital enthusiast!
