Job Description
The role involves representing Sterns’ brand and products, creating positive in-store experiences, and exceeding customer expectations. You will engage customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions while keeping sales targets in mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Exceed customer expectations by offering suitable product solutions.
- Track sales performance against set targets.

- Grade 12 (Matric)
