As a Store Driver, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Delivery Operations
- Deliver products to customers safely and on time
- Ensure correct orders are delivered to correct addresses
- Prioritise fridge line deliveries using proper cooling methods
- Use efficient routes to complete deliveries quickly
- Return to store promptly for additional deliveries
Vehicle and Safety Management
- Inspect vehicle before and after trips
- Maintain a clean and roadworthy vehicle at all times
- Report any defects, accidents or incidents immediately
- Complete accurate vehicle logbooks
- Comply with all road traffic laws and company vehicle policies
Stock and Documentation Handling
- Ensure delivery paperwork is completed and signed correctly
- Verify invoices, customer details and delivery logs
- Handle returns, inter-branch transfers and collections correctly
- Report any discrepancies to management
Customer Service
- Provide professional and courteous service to all customers
- Maintain positive customer relationships

Minimum Requirements
Education

Licensing
