Roobix, a leading martech company in Australia, delivers quality marketing solutions and digital services to a wide range of clients and across multiple industries. We are seeking an awesome upbeat, detail orientated Office Administrator to assist the HR and Office Manager with the overall day-to-day functioning of the office.

This person must have strong communication skills, a friendly, helpful and patient disposition but also be able to thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

General office administration including the following:

  • Overall office maintenance and cleanliness monitoring
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls
  • Staff reporting maintenance and filing
  • Assistance with the onboarding and exiting of staff members
  • Monthly purchases of office stationery, groceries, water and coffee
  • Weekly purchases of office fruit 
  • Gift purchases and desk setups for new starters, staff birthdays, anniversaries and welfare initiatives
  • Staff entertainment purchase requests
  • Visitor/client tea and coffee requirements
  • Basic bookkeeping functions: Process purchase orders, invoices and credit notes, capture payments and receipts
  • Management of petty cash and receipts
  • Management of tenant lease agreements
  • Management of parking bay allocation for staff


  • Relevant qualification in administration, finance and/or human resources
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in an office administration role
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience


  • Experience in finance or bookkeeping
  • Experience in human resources
